Scana Offshore to upgrade anchoring system for Yinson’s Nigeria FPSO project

Incus-owned Scana Offshore AS has been awarded a contract in connection with modification of anchoring equipment at Yinson Nepeta Productions Ltd (Yinson) for FPSO Allan.

Incus writes in a stock exchange announcement that the production ship will operate on the Anyala and Madu fields in Nigeria.

Scana Offshore’s delivery consists of upgrading the anchoring system on the FPSO to increase capacity and monitor the anchoring forces.

The main part of the job is the delivery of engineering services for hulls and reinforcements of chain stoppers, as well as the delivery of key components and a complete monitoring system.

By signing this contract, the company has entered into orders for NOK 35 million so far this year, and the company now has an order backlog of approximately NOK 145 million.

Anyone & Madu project for Yinson Production starts immediately and will be delivered during Q3 2019.
