Offer levels for Angolan crude lowered to entice buyers

Traders looked to several tenders on Tuesday as spot demand remained lacklustre.

Angola’s state oil firm Sonangol lowered its offer levels for its remaining two spot cargoes by 30 cents a barrel with Cabinda loading April 23 now at dated Brent plus $3.20 and Girassol at dated Brent plus $2.70.

South Africa’s Sasol issued a buy tender closing on Wednesday.

India’s IOC issues a buy tender for cargoes loading May 1-10. Results are expected on Thursday.
