Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has charged its staff to buckle up while expressing displeasure over the revenue of the company in Jigawa south region saying, N3 billion was targeted in the last quarter but less than N2 billion was generated, Daily Trust reports.

The Managing Director of the company, Jameel Ishiaku Gwamna, made this known yesterday during the recognition and performance award ceremony of the company in Dutse. The MD who was represented by his Chief Corporate Service Officer, Balarebe Bello, urged the staff of the company to always consult with the superiors on how to improve their performance.

He said the company could only realise its goals if dedication and hard work become key among its staff adding that for those that did not make the list of the awardees this time, they should strive harder as there is room for them to be recognised next time.
